Exams are one of the main stressors during studies. Unfavorable strategies in exam preparation or unrealistic time management often increase the stress unnecessarily. In this half-day workshop, we will discuss how realistic planning can reduce stress in exam preparation and what might prevent you from starting to study on time. For more information see here.

Are you constantly worrying about everything or suffering from exam and study stress? Would you like to change the way you deal with your thoughts and regain control? This is exactly where our addisca training comes in. Based on metacognitive methods, ineffective thought patterns that reinforce inappropriate brooding or worrying are to be recognized and replaced by more appropriate thought patterns.
Our addisca training courses take place as one-day workshops in presence on campus. More information here.
