There are three admission procedures at the University of Lübeck: Admission according to the dialog-oriented service procedure (DoSV) via hochschulstart.de, local admission and open study programs.
The first semester of the Human Medicine degree program is allocated exclusively via hochschulstart. The University of Lübeck has no influence on the allocation of study places. Further information can be found under Application procedure for Human Medicine.
The Bachelor's degree course in Psychology requires registration via hochschulstart.de. You can then apply directly via our application portal using your registration number. In addition to the usual quotas such as Abitur grade and waiting time, we offer the opportunity to improve your grade by taking the BabSy test. This is a voluntary offer. Further information can be found under Application procedure for Psychology.
The Bachelor's degree programs in Medical Nutritional Science, Molecular Life Science and Physiotherapy are awarded locally according to final grades.
All other Bachelor's degree programs are admission-free; all applicants who meet the requirements are admitted.
The prerequisite for admission to one of the Master's degree programs is a Bachelor's degree in the same or a related subject and proof of special qualification, in that the Bachelor's degree must have been completed with a grade of at least 2.7. For further information, please refer to the respective degree program regulations.
