- The module teaches the basics of Work and Organizational Psychology, including:
- Work motivation & work satisfaction; stress and health at work
- Personnel selection, human resource development and competence development
- Leadership, communication and teamwork
- Organizational climate and culture, organizational diagnosis and organizational development
- Work analysis & work design
Qualification-goals/Competencies:
- Students are familiar with the most important theories, findings, and methods of industrial and organizational psychology.
- They have in-depth knowledge of the professional selection and application of occupational and organizational psychology methods.
- Students will test occupational and organizational psychology methods in practical exercises.
- They deepen their knowledge by dealing with current challenges relevant to practice
