  • The module teaches the basics of Work and Organizational Psychology, including:
  • Work motivation & work satisfaction; stress and health at work
  • Personnel selection, human resource development and competence development
  • Leadership, communication and teamwork
  • Organizational climate and culture, organizational diagnosis and organizational development
  • Work analysis & work design

Qualification-goals/Competencies:

  • Students are familiar with the most important theories, findings, and methods of industrial and organizational psychology.
  • They have in-depth knowledge of the professional selection and application of occupational and organizational psychology methods.
  • Students will test occupational and organizational psychology methods in practical exercises.
  • They deepen their knowledge by dealing with current challenges relevant to practice
