Classes and lectures:
- Work- an Organizational Psychology in Practice (seminar, 2 SWS)
Workload:

Contents of teaching:
- Background in conducting project work: structure and process organization and typical templates and documentation
- Communication in project settings
- Communication techniques in managing project stakeholders
- Background for task delegation in hospital settings
- Exercise at the example of an implementation of a task delegation case in the hospital with the participation of all professions
- Reflection on the case itself
- Management of health care teams
Qualification-goals/Competencies:
- Students are familiar with typical processes, topics, and methods in project implementation.
- You have the skills to structure projects.
- You are skilled in using tools and methods for dealing with challenging project partners.
- Students expand their conversation skills
- They expand their knowledge using the example of task delegation in hospitals.

The examination consists of an examination of the theory of project management and the case background, processing of the case
