- Intracellular signal transduction in neurons
- Plasticity and memory formation
- Circadian rhythms and sleep
- The visual system
- Nervous system development
Qualification-goals/Competencies:
- The students can explain the basics of neurobiological function.
- The students can explain the structure and development of the CNS.
- They can explain neuronal activation and signal transmission.
- They know examples for the neuronal basis of behavior and plasticity and can explain them.
