Classes and lectures:

  • Comprehensive anatomy and musculoskeletal system (lecture, 6 SWS)
  • Anatomy exercise (exercise, 4 SWS)

  • General anatomy
  • Anatomical and functional aspects of the internal organs
  • Structure and functional anatomy and aspects of the movement system
  • Special functional aspects of the trunk, upper and lower extremities, spine, and head
  • Sense organs
  • Neuroanatomy

Qualification-goals/Competencies:

  • Students are proficient in anatomical terminology and understand technical expressions for (anatomical) directional work, planes and axes.
  • They know the anatomy of the internal organs, the musculoskeletal system, the trunk, the extremities, the spine, the head, the sensory organs and the nervous system of healthy people.
  • They can describe the functional processes of the internal organs, the musculoskeletal system, the sensory organs and the nervous system.

Admission requirements for taking the module:
- None

Admission requirements for participation in module examination(s):
- In the case of absences that are not taken into account by the MPhG, §11, Para. 2, the examination board may refuse admission to the module final examination.
- Passing all tests (in the first or repeat attempt) is a prerequisite for participation in the written examination

Module exam (s):
- GW1010-L1: Fundamentals of Anatomy, portfolio examination, 100 points:
• 20 points from the written exam
• 80 points from the tests (8 points per test if first attempt is passed).
• If a testate is evaluated as successful in a repeat attempt, the testate is considered passed with 0 points and can be counted for admission to the written examination.
