To apply for the Nursing degree program (B.Sc.), you need the following certificates:
- General higher education entrance qualification
- Training contract with one of our practice partners for higher education nursing training (Nursing Specialist B.Sc.)
- Applicants without a German university entrance qualification require proof of a recognized German examination.
Application to a practice partner
You apply to one of the practice partners for a training place for university nursing training as part of the dual Bachelor's degree course in Nursing. You submit your complete application documents and a letter of motivation in which you explain the following:
- The particular personal reasons (e.g. talents, skills, interests) why you are interested in the course.
- To what extent you already have previous experience or special prior knowledge in a nursing, social or medical field of activity.
- What personal goals you are pursuing with this degree program for your own professional development.
- What expectations you have of this degree program with regard to your personal development.
Job interview
After reviewing your application documents, you will be invited to present yourself in a personal interview. Your documents will then be forwarded to the University of Lübeck.
Admission decision
Following your interview, the practice partner and the head of degree program will jointly decide on your admission to the dual study program.
Enrollment at the university
If you are successfully admitted, you will be invited by the Student Service Center to submit all the necessary documents for enrolment.
