Studying and especially the start of your studies is an exciting time. With our interdisciplinary elective "Healthy through your studies", we provide you with effective impulses, information and tools from the areas of nutrition, exercise and stress management. For a successful and unforgettable time at UzL!
The elective always takes place in the winter semester and is primarily aimed at students in the 1st or 3rd semester of all degree programs.
