Qualification-goals/Competencies:

  • The objective of the course is to provide students with a foundation in the areas of law that are relevant to researchers working in a company or at a research institution.
  • The goal is to foster an understanding of legal reasoning and practice so that potential legal pitfalls can be identified early on in research projects, development projects, and business start-ups, thereby reducing risks.
  • Practical, clear contract examples and case studies are intended to make legal texts and legal reasoning more accessible.
