- Self-reflection (exercise, 2 SWS)

Contents of teaching:
- Reflection of the own psychotherapeutic actions
- Understanding of personal cultural, social and ethical ideas and their effects on the psychotherapeutic activity
- Strengths and weaknesses of the own personality and their effects on the psychotherapeutic activity
- Perception of one's own emotions, cognitions, motives, and behaviors in the therapeutic process
- Personal development and self-regulation
- Recognizing the limits of the own therapeutic action
Qualification-goals/Competencies:
- Students can reflect on their own therapeutic actions in relation to the strengths and weaknesses of their own personality.
- Students are able to reflect on their own psychotherapeutic activity in cultural, social and ethical context.
- Students develop their personality and accept suggestions for improvement
- Students strengthen their self-regulation skills and learn to develop them further.
- Students are able to recognize the limits of their own therapeutic actions and react accordingly.
