Contents of teaching:

• Current research and debates in sport psychology, including the following topics:
• Expertise studies (in sports)
• Performance development
• Psychology of training
• Decision making and judgements
• Performance under pressure

Qualification-goals/Competencies:

• Students learn the basic concepts, theories, models and methods of expertise and training research
• Students are able to understand and critically reflect on original literature from expertise and training research
• Students develop their own questions on the topics of expertise and training
• Students acquire skills in independent literature research
• Students deepen their skills in discussing and jointly reflect on specialist content
• Students acquire skills that enable them to go through the steps of the research process, including research methodological procedures
