  • Processes, topics and methods in coaching
  • Communication techniques
  • Case studies on typical coaching topics such as career development, stress, work-life balance or employee motivation
  • Design of coaching processes
  • Conducting coaching tools in role plays

  • Getting to know typical processes, topics and methods in coaching
  • Acquisition of skills to design client-oriented coaching processes
  • Practice of coaching tools as a coach and reflection on their practical application
  • Advancing communication skills
  • Gaining Experience with coaching tools as a client
