- Case studies on typical coaching topics such as career development, stress, work-life balance or employee motivation
- Design of coaching processes
- Conducting coaching tools in role plays

- Getting to know typical processes, topics and methods in coaching
- Acquisition of skills to design client-oriented coaching processes
- Practice of coaching tools as a coach and reflection on their practical application
