Contents of teaching:

  • Teaching the basic psychological concepts, concepts and theories of perception, language, cognition, learning, motivation and emotion
  • Learning basic skills in experimental psychology for planning and conducting experiments
  • Acquisition of understanding and judgement about basic concepts, theories and methods in the field of perception, cognition and learning, motivation and emotion.

Qualification-goals/Competencies:

  • Students can explain and apply psychological concepts in the areas of perception, language, cognition, learning, motivation and emotion.
  • They can translate psychological questions into empirical research.
  • You can use your knowledge in general psychological research to scientifically judge, think and discuss.
  • They have acquired social competence through discussion skills and knowledge transfer.
  • You have acquired self-competence in the areas of concentrated absorption of knowledge, critical reflection and dealing with specialist literature.
  • You can structure newly acquired knowledge yourself.
