  • Bachelor Psychology 2020, compulsory, psychology

Classes and lectures:

  • Grundlagen der Psychologischen Diagnostik (seminar, 2 SWS)
  • Introduction of psychological diagnostics (lecture, 2 SWS)

Workload:

  • 120 hours private studies and exercises
  • 60 hours in-classroom work

Contents of teaching:

  • Basic terms and areas of application of psychological diagnostics
  • Diagnostic methods (observation method, interview techniques, test procedures)
  • Different types of diagnostics (including status and process diagnostics, classificatory diagnostics, aptitude diagnostics)
  • Diagnostic processes and decision-making strategies, examination plans
  • Discussion of selected diagnostic procedures of performance and personality diagnostics.
