Classes and lectures:
- Grundlagen der Psychologischen Diagnostik (seminar, 2 SWS)
- Introduction of psychological diagnostics (lecture, 2 SWS)
Workload:
- 120 hours private studies and exercises
- 60 hours in-classroom work
Contents of teaching:
- Basic terms and areas of application of psychological diagnostics
- Diagnostic methods (observation method, interview techniques, test procedures)
- Different types of diagnostics (including status and process diagnostics, classificatory diagnostics, aptitude diagnostics)
- Diagnostic processes and decision-making strategies, examination plans
- Discussion of selected diagnostic procedures of performance and personality diagnostics.
