- Public lectures/movies on selected topics in ecological sustainability
- Background discussions with experts and introduction of a lecture
- Debate what the term sustainability means
- Reflection of own perspectives
- Dipping into the biographies of different experts
- journalistic writing lab
Qualification-goals/Competencies:
- Students know and can distinguish different concepts of sustainability
- Students can reflect their own perspective on what sustainability means and appreciate other perspectives
- Students are familiar with sustainable solutions for selected problem areas.
- Students acquired theoretical knowledge and practical experience in writing journalistic texts
- Student can integrate what they have learnt into their university life and beyond
