Course of studies, specific fields and terms:
- Master Entrepreneurship in Digital Technologies 2020, compulsory, entrepreneurship
- Master Entrepreneurship in Digital Technologies 2014, compulsory, entrepreneurship
Classes and lectures:
- EC5000 B: Businessplan (lecture with project, 3 SWS)
- see EC4005 T: Innovation and Technology Management (lecture with exercises, 3 SWS)
Workload:
- 15 hours exam preparation
- 90 hours in-classroom work
- 75 hours work on project
- 60 hours private studies
Qualification-goals/Competencies:
- The students will be in a position to describe terms and concepts in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, to understand the context and to explain objectives and functions.
- In particular, students will be in a position to identify, evaluate and process-oriented implement start-up potential as future entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs on the basis of entrepreneurial thinking and action skills, to control and assess innovation activities even with limited resources and to assess the importance and relevance of external technology developments for understanding of their own company.
- The students are able to collect and evaluate business ideas for a potential business start-up and develop them in the form of a detailed business plan.

- EC4500-L1: Innovation Management, Portfolio exam consisting of EC4507-L1, 50 % of the module grade, and EC5002-L1, 50 % of the module grade
(The module consists of EC4005 T and EC5000 T)
